Dyson Vacuum cleaner powered by DeWalt. Best $48 ever spent. Have a bunch of DeWalt batteries at home as all my tools at work are Makita(slowly switching those out from the LXT range to the XGT range).

Was 3 screws to undo and remove the Dyson battery, and then replace it with an adapter to fit DeWalt batteries(you can get most other brands).

Now I can just run around the house swapping batteries out when they run flat. And not worry about plugging the vacuum cleaner in to charge it.

Was bought off trade me several months ago now.

Obviously will only work out as a life hack if you already have battery powered tools, otherwise it will be an expensive venture buying batteries and a charger from the range of battery powered tools you can buy at hardware stores.
