police enquiries are done..cops found the car crashed in mangere auckland...it was stolen on k road in the cbd (i havent done anything wrong, illegal, or against my insurance policy etc throughout the ordeal..im innocent).

Car is at Southern District Towing right now: 38 Oakleigh Avenue, Takanini, Auckland 2112

Now...how do i go about in the insurance side of things? cops said next step is to talk to my insurance company (business insurance)

given that its a robbery (and not "stolen" the cops said)..how are things different in a robbery...? or are they different? just having a look at the insurance policy now..its all a bit confusing.

whats my next best move? i havent spoke to insurance company yet.

the thief has already been caught by the way. 35 something pacific islander woman who threatened my mate with stabbing, kicked him out and took the car ( i momentarily left the parked vehicle to go to a shop)
