Are people actually excited about Fresh Start?

As someone who never got to 60 due to the lack of fun I had leveling after 40, I'm looking forward to the fresh start servers with the new leveling experience.
I want to know how everyone else feels about it and if these servers will actually bring people back or if there DoA.
