Post Body

Heyo! Recently started to get interested in wars, and my company needs help, big time. We are about 250 members, with an alliance involving a bunch more people, mostly casual for the most part, but there are a few of us who are ready to invest a bit more to actually having a standing chance in wars. To give you guys an idea of where we are starting, in the 3 wars I've participated, none were organised in advance, a discord code gets sent out in the 15 minute pre-war lobby, no one knows each other outside of maybe doing other stuff sometimes, Shot callers have no clue what's going on, and I'm fairly certain no one has good enough gear for wars (or at least most). Meanwhile, the only real opposing company do what they want with us, so bad that they had about 8 people fishing during our last attack, and some were looking for a way to get inside our fort so they wouldnt have to wait for people to come out so they could get kills. They are just that much better than us. I want to change things.

Now without landing in Exploit City, I wanna know what I need to push as a bare minimum for a chance of success. I;m curious what people consider the bare minimum nowadays for wars, Faction armor seems like a given for now, but what about weapons, consumables, actual group disposition and builds, etc. I want to bring this info to my company, and call for any member willing to put the efforts into reaching these requirements so we can at least fight back against them, and start fighting the other faction in the process as well.

Thanks for your help!
