G'day everyone! I played New World from its Day 1 release, all the way up to the Sand town update thingy. I enjoyed my time but fell off at endgame as it was just the same raid trains over and over. I have heard a lot of good things about the game now and thought id come back and start fresh!

Back when i played before, i used a Spear and Hatchet build as back then Hatchet was such an OP weapon. Im wanting to continue to be a DPS as im a Solo player, but wanna try something new. I saw Flail is a thing now but DLC only so im scratching that of the list. Any suggestions on a viable combo for a Solo player? I do want to avoid the Life Staff too as i dabbled with it but just wasnt me
