What to go after end game as a solo player?

So I have played all the way to 60 solo PvE. I haven't done any group content or PvP and I'm curious if there is anything I can really do end game that gets me something cool. Maybe better gear that I can get that isn't dungeon based. If not it's fine I'll keep going after my achievements that are solo PvE friendly. But is there anything for me to do that I may not notice or have to go out of my way to find to do?
