Hello everyone,
I’m a 33 y/o male and I’m going to MEPS on Monday. I’m 5’10”/195lbs and a big concern that I have is passing their height and weight requirements.
I’ve been dieting and exercising extensively, and I know I need to lose another four lbs to pass my specific height/weight requirements. I’ve also heard the physicians are sticklers there, and I do still have some work to do around my midsection.
What I would like to know is: Would I have to go all the way through the entire process again in order to pass, or are they just going to encourage me to get into shape by the time I ship out? I have no other medical issues, and my recruiter seems to believe that the weight is going to be my only issue. I would love some input. Thanks for your help!
