Has anyone ever got denied by the CNRC for a tattoo or dependent waiver?

I don’t know which one was denied yet. But I got the news last night, I have three tattoos one being my nickname with money under it the other is mom with a star instead of a O and I have a home made tattoo on my leg that has star city and mine and an ex initials. I have two kids by two different women. I’m thinking it’s my leg tattoo but we don’t know yet. Hopefully we can get it over turn it’s been a long 9 month journey to join the navy. My plan b is to join the police academy if I can’t.
