I'm not sure how ranking works, all I know is people called him NC1. Apparently was upset about the lack of people wanting to go active duty. He was telling the other recruiters to call a father with children to go active duty. He was angry and wanted to talk people into it that didn't want to.

I was happy on my first visit, but this douchebag kind of ruined the atmosphere for me. I know there's going to be assholes on deployment and everywhere in the Navy, but I guess it just turns me off when recruiters act like sharks.

Still, I'm a 35 yo man and I know what I'm signing up for. Just gotta be tough and not let people like that get to me.
