Can MHS Genesis pick-up on mental health records that are 5 years old? Or can it only see medical records?

As a minor I was trying to get out of abusive situation by exaggerating my symptoms in hopes they’d keep me.. Additionally, my caretaker/guardian was shadowing me in these appointments and influencing what they wrote down when they got the chance. Juvenile record is rough and looks awful.

Is the Navy going to be forgiving/understanding or is it not worth my time? I could go to a psychiatrist and have these diagnoses cleared but I cannot afford it.
