Hey all!
I have MEPS coming up in about 3 weeks and I had my mind made up on trying to go for ATC. I know others have touched on the subject previously but I wanted to get the perspective of any current ATC’s with families specifically. What is the quality of life like overall? Is extended periods of time away common for this rate? How was A school for you & what is it like? I would be coming in as an E-3 because of my degree but what does advancement look like?
