Push for dances

How do you guys ask and initiate dances? I get stuck in the conversation part. We're laughing, getting drinks, I broke the touch barrier by touching their knee arm hand etc but I'm stuck on things to say to figure out if we're going to dance or not. I know everyone's flow is different but any tips would be appreciated! Or just your go to line.
