That's why she has it set for the evening time, around dinner-ish time (8pm). Not really a good way to sleep through that. I wouldn't suggest turning on the alarm during work hours because that will seriously annoy the people sitting around them, nor do I suggest right after work, because some people don't have set schedules when it comes to getting off work. Habits are truly a hard thing to form, but not impossible. Just keep reminding yourself that it costs less to train a body to take a pill than going through childbirth / raising a child.
May FSM bless you with little meat-balls when you decide to "place your special sauce in her noodles".

I suggest a phone timer that goes off the same time every day. That's what my fiancee does.
