Keep your pets inside when you aren't home, or at least secured. It's not that complicated folks. In saying all that -
This is just awful all around. Can't imagine how that dog felt, or how their owners feel, or how horrible Sledgehammer feels. The only people I don't have any sympathy for are the drivers that just kept driving.
