What makes this even more dangerous is the BBC is still cruising on its old reputation for quality and trustworthiness. People are far more likely to take something it says on trust than say, Sputnik or Fox.

There is a big difference between BBC UK and BBC International.

The UK side does have a lot of Tory influence these days, not so much the International one. So yes, you can still trust the BBC, just maybe not so much if you live in the UK and only see that version.
