really need some help or advice as to what I should do about my unemployment claim that is already on week number 20 and I still have yet to receive a single dollar. I opened a claim back in mid February of this year and have been claiming every week since. Initially New Jersey explained that my claim was being held up because they were waiting for the state of Pennsylvania to send them my wages earned in the state because my current claim consists of a job in Jersey and a job in Pennsylvania. So, come to find out after waiting 16 weeks, I emailed the state of Pennsylvania myself and found that they had already sent my wages to New Jersey 2 times prior when I initially started my claim in Mid February 2022 and again In the middle of March 2022. So, needless to say I waited 16 weeks for no reason because someone was not doing their job and looking to see if my wages had been submitted. So, by this time it was 17 weeks before I was able to speak with an agent. I finally spoke with an agent and she told me everything was in order and in 48 hours I would receive the money in my account which at that time was already over 13,000.00. I waited for 5 days and nothing ever showed up. So I had to get a hold of an agent again. Called everyday and finally spoke to an agent last week on Monday June 27th 2022. This agent explained that the money was still there but wasn't sure why it was being held up. At the end of our conversation she said she released the money and I would receive it, in 48 hours, this was last Monday on June 27th 2022. So, I've been waiting and I still not received anything on the money network card or my bank account.

However, since the last agent I spoke to on June 27th said she released the money to me, the automated system now says my claim was paid out on June 28th 2022, over 14,000 dollars but still nothing is showing up. There is nothing pending, in either account. So now i have to find out where it was sent too, but i cant get a hold of unemployment. so I can find out where the money was sent to. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Please help. Thank you
