Any other SNAP recipients having issues?

I checked around online and a lot of people were having issues with their FS and cash balances. Some have been waiting since the 23rd of October. I personally get my balance on the 1st but it has not come in yet like it always has. I'm fairly new to this and yes my card is active but I'm looking for a little input on how to deal with this?
I called customer service but it led me no where. Any one else hearing or having issues with this?
