My wife and our child moved here last year shortly after he was born. Most of our life centers on child care and work, so we don’t get to socialize much with the locals. So for those who have lived here in Cranford longer and deal with other locals? What are people like? I know that politically Cranford has voted Democratic in the last several elections, that Catholics seem to be the largest church around here but that people aren’t publicly religious (we are agnostics btw who moved from NYC). Other than that what are Cranfordians generally like as people, particularly those who have school aged children. I’ve lived here for a year and feel like the social and people aspects of the town are a mystery to me due to our lifestyle.
