Driving a new (used) car to NJ

Post Body

I'm giving my car (currently in FL) to my brother in NJ. Car has a title and FL reg, but no plates. Does anyone know what the process is for getting it plated in NJ, or if NJ issues temporary/transit plates for stuff like this?

FL doesn't care if you drive without plates for 30 days after the sale, but I don't want my man getting pulled over on his way up I-95.
