I think this is more accurate.
It wouldn't hurt me if they replaced Shaw's with MB, but that's a small Shaw's, and MB is building much larger stores now. I wish Rindge had expanded that store before Marshall's came in.
Peterborough feels like a place that doesn't want any big business in town. They had a Stop & Shop years ago, but that's gone. The biggest companies in town are Shaw's, Rite Aid, CVS, and Ocean State Job Lot. The town feels to me like if MB tried to come in, the residents would all say no, they want a small "local" grocery store instead. Honestly, I don't even know where they would build an MB. There isn't a lot of commercial land in the main 101/202 routes available.
You can sue for ANY age-based discrimination, but the hard part is proving it.

I looked it up, and I guess you are right, but your course of action is probably better anyway. Who would want to work somewhere that treats you like crap? If you sue them, are you really going to want to go back to work there again with your "promotion"?
