Anyone know where boosters might be available?

I booked my booster for Jan 14 because it said I had to wait 6 months. There were appointments available this week I could have taken but it would have been before the 6 months. NOW it's been changed to about 5 months, I tried to rebook and call pharmacies and nothing is available now.
And apparently the 2 vaccines I've taken are basically useless now. This all feels like such a waste of time sometimes.
Anyone know if they'll be adding more appointments or where some might be available?
