Fresh Water River
Post Body

This is super random, but I grew up in the VIC high country, moved to newy a few years ago. Since then I've really really missed fresh water rivers, like, proper rivers. I have a day off work this week and I'd really love to make the trip, however long it may be, to a nice, secluded, wide and clear freshwater river. I'd like it to be shalow enough in some parts that I can have a wade around, and clear enough that I can dig around for cool river rocks and such. Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't mind if it's a day trip as long as the spot is worth it haha. I've really needed this for a while now, a little bit homesick I think.

Ladies well - upper Allyn Fosterton loop - dungog Or go for a drive out to Gloucester or Barrington, plenty of spots on the rivers out there to explore Clarity will probably depend on the spot and how much run off theyโ€™ve had from recent rain
