How is it that every single time I'm leaving Green Hills, I have a near miss with someone who doesn't know what they're doing on this roundabout?

I understand it's a messy intersection but you'd think it'd only be once in a while when it's someone's first time navigating it but it's almost every day I have to avoid an accident from mid roundabout lane changes.
