Would it hurt my channel to do 2 streams in a day?

I normally stream in 2.5 - 3 hours intervals once a day. I had to cancel yesterday because of an emergency. Tonight I was considering doing a second stream just for shits and giggles. I didn't really have anything planned, but I enjoy streaming, it's really been helping with my depression. so I figured it would be as good a use of time as any, but only if it's not going to negatively effect my channel. I know some platforms kind of "throttle" your visibility if you're too active. So would doing 2 streams in one day hurt my channel at all, or would it only help in growing my channel?
