The PRC & Module Compatibility (Enhanced Edition Question)

So I have been dabbling again in NWN EE, and I was wondering about the PRC aka the Player Resource Consortium
I have heard that its compatibility with modules can be iffy. I am curious exactly what that means. I was wanting to add it for more variety in classes and whatnot mostly.
Can I run any module (say the Aielund Saga) with this installed without issue?
Or will there be issues if the module is not built specifically with the PRC in mind?
