I definitely think I struggle with age dysmprophia but it's really been affecting me physically. The best way I can put it is feeling like I ate/drank those Alice in Wonderland foods and I never adjusted to it.
I'm average height, but I feel like I tower over myself as if I'm on stilts. I'll grab my phone and it feels like my hands are huge. My eyes will "lose focus" in a way, and suddenly everything feels disproportional and I'm stuck in a giant bodysuit. My body feels heavy and hard to move and coordinate, even though I'm underweight.
Does anyone else experience these kinds of things or anything else that's similar? Do you have any ways of making yourself feel physically smaller?
