Hey people!
So I'm a late diagnosed autistic/ADHDer and I've always struggled with auditory processing disorder and overall temperature/pain sensitivity in my ears. Anything from a walk on a windy day, to submerging in the cold ocean causes ear pain that passes once I get warm again to the point where it's getting worse every year, normal earplugs do nothing and it makes it really difficult to even ride my bike. I've already been to the doctor recently and there's no physical explanation for it so I'm asking for recommendations for confortable earmuffs/covers that I can wear to keep my ears warm while riding my bike or diving in the ocean. Any tips?
