Hi guys,

I know nearly nothing about these devices, but a contractor is replacing their old device with a new 4331 in our system. Seems to be having trouble managing NAT properly when importing the configuration directly from the 2851. Tracert appears normal but traffic doesn't return until the other device is reconnected. Should be identical down to the MAC addresses, I'm told.

Do you guys know if this is a common issue? I am very unfamiliar with these products, and am unsure as to whether a settings export/import is possible between these devices. As the deployment failed, they'll be trying a 2951 later this week.

Mostly looking for things I can mention to them that might be common oversights with such an upgrade.
