Adding a multicast source address to CAM table: Allowed or not?

Post Body

On p. 254 of Ben Piper's CCNP Enterprise Study Guide he states "you'll never find a dynamic entry for a multicast source address in a switch's content addressable memory (CAM) tablet". Then on page 256, within the context of IGMP Snooping, he states when a Cisco switch "sees an IGMP membership report on an interface, the switch adds the source multicast address and interface to...it's MAC address table".

So much for "never". What am I misunderstanding?
