No machine for 3 weeks... 😢

So, I've had my Lattissima touch since December, made a coffee yesterday and it was coming out really slow with no crema on top. Made a 2nd, and nothing, just the pump sound and it turns off. Tried the force purge as it sounded like an airlock (although it's never ran out of water) bit nothing.
Spoke to nespresso support last night, and she talked me through a factory reset and a few other things. Collection of the machine is booked for Tuesday, but it will be approx 3 weeks without a machine.
Pre covid, they would have sent a loan machine.
So it's back to instant coffee.. ☕😠Wish me luck.
