How do you guys make the gran lungo size?

I don’t do unsweetened coffee, so I would never make an americano the way it’s meant to be made. Should I just treat this size like a bigass latte and add more milk/syrup than I do the espresso pods? Or is there a different way you make them if you still like sweeter coffee?
