So I heard about --smooth43, how it applies bilinear filtering to 4:3 mode, which would be nice since in things like Mega Man 3 the horizontal energy bars look funny because 1080p isn't an integer scaling of the original NES resolution.
However, when I put --smooth43 in the global command line in hakchi CE 3.5.3, or in the launch options for any particular game, I just get the C7 error whenever I try to load a game.
I know the NES Classic supports bilinear, because it obviously uses it on the CRT filter, but how can I enable it without all the other elements of the CRT filter which I don't like? Thanks!
Edit: I'm talking about kachikachi, the 1st party emulator built into the NES Classic.
