So I play off-and-on and have been for ~13 years now, which is the age of my account at this point, haha. I got locked out of my account recently, so I submitted a ticket, thinking that I just forgot which password I used (although my recovery e-mails didn't work, either).

I got my account back, and everything in my bank was gone (I previously had just reached 1mil). It was all traded away to some random 3-week old account on the 10th, when I was locked out. So, seems like I'm going to have to start again (unless the ticket I submitted works). Maybe it'll be fun to get back into it from the start, though!

Edit: Thankfully, my old neopets were all still there, so I'm not too upset. :)
