So, sometime before February 2017, my thirteen and a half year old account was frozen "for my protection", and I had winded down playing so I hadn't immediately noticed.

But as soon as I did, I had put in tickets asking for them to unfreeze it. A month after my tickets, I get an email saying a solution has been suggested: "We're sorry to hear you want to deactivate your account!".

What. The. Shit.

So, I had kept emailing them back saying that that is NOT what I wanted, but I never heard back.

However, a friend of mine started to get back into playing, so I decided to return to their support page, and noticed it drastically changed.

I decided to email them about a week ago, and I got my account back the other night.
