Find out reason for warning?

I got a warning about posting offsite links. I don't remember doing this at ALL. I don't even talk to people. I recently joined this sub's guild but that was it, and I haven't communicated with anyone at all within the past week. Is there any way I can find out what triggered the warning? Like look at my history? I'm terrified now, I don't want to make any mistakes. :(
