What's considered a Strong Pet™ these days? Is there a specific HSD (HP, Strength, Defense) goal?

I know after the 750 Strength and Defense boosts it more of a 'how high can I get my pets HP?' game. But just how high does said HP have to be? Sidenote: It would be pretty fantastic if TNT added new flair titles beyond ULTIMATE once you get your stats beyond 150.
