Can't make Neohomes?

Hi all,
Returning player and I always kinda loved Neohomes.
I noticed it was part of the return tutorial and tried to do it on Chrome.
So far it just kicks to an unsecure screen and when I tell it to proceed anyway, it returns me to the original neohomes screen.
Any advice?
