Next up is Kim Jong-un!
OBLIGATORY KIM JONG-UN INFO:
Kim jong-un assumed the title of Supreme Leader of North Korea in 2011 after his father died of a heart attack. His leadership has been noted for being more youthful then his predecessors, including using TV to deliver addresses, appearing at a Moranbong Band concert held in 2012 that had some western music, weeding, riding a horse, driving a tank, riding a rollercoaster, or using information technology. In terms of economics he has promoted Byungjin, hearkening back to his grandfather's economic policies of the 1960's. This included a very limited amount of autonomy for enterprises, as well as agricultural reform. Other objectives of his reforms have included expanding the quantity of domestic goods in the markets, introducing military innovations into the civilian sector and increasing international trade. However, this has largely failed to improve North Korea's economic standing, with the GDP dropping by 10% between 2017 and 2019, and another 5% in 2020 alone, likely due to pre-existing economic failures and the pandemic. To combat the coronavirus Kim Jong-un implemented draconian measures including completely shutting down North Korea's borders, so much so that trade between China and North Korea dropped 76%. Although reports were initially positive about the spread of coronavirus in North Korea, it is believed to be spreading through the country despite the measures, feeding into the massive economic and general societal turmoil gripping the country from the measures taken. Like his predecessors Kim Jong-un has been noted for the cult of personality rapidly developed after he rose to power, as well as the various abuses committed under his watch. This includes a massive purge conducted around his uncle Jang Song-thaek (including killing the children and grandchildren of distant relatives and executing an associate of Jang via flamethrower) as well as having his half brother Kim Jong-nam assassinated using the nerve agent VX. Of course Kim Jong-un has committed other human rights abuses as well, with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights noting in 2013 that the situation had not improved in North Korea, with a report published a year later saying there is enough to try Jong-un at the ICC. In terms of foreign policy, Kim Jong-un has continued the time honored tradition of focusing on antagonizing the United States. This has manifested primarily in expanding North Korea's nuclear arsenal, with 90 missile tests conducted between 2012 and 2018 and an arsenal believed to encompass between 15 to 60 bombs, including intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of striking anywhere in the US. While North Korea has threatened pre-emptive strikes multiple times, it is generally believed the arsenal is to ensure the survival of the regime. Kim Jong-un has conducted numerous talks between 2018 and 2019, including meeting with President Trump in a landmark summit and meeting with President Moon Jae-in, though none of these talks and summits have yielded concrete results.

One cannot limit the supreme leader to a score of only 5. Anything below 100 is blasphemous
