Wasn't following SAVE JBLU closely, but it seems that the DOJ arguments on monopoly on routes has worked. Honestly they seem to make sense and I don't think regulators should only look at this as "oh it's just the 6th largest airliner merging with the 5th largest airliner"
This DOJ theory of harm seems way simpler than the one the FTC has used against Activision Blizzard. SAVE is down 50%.
