Upgrading from 1.4.13 -> 2.3.2, Anything I should know

Well, the title sort of says it all.
I'm going from beta 1.4.13 to 2.3.2. Anything I ought to do before embarking on such an upgrade? Sometimes with such a version leap, one needs to export/import the wallet data file and such. I don't know if this is a simple matter of just upgrading the software and that's that.
PS - rocking a Mac... If that matters.
