New CSS

Not everyone will see it (mobile users and all that), but the new CSS is installed. Tried to make it look like Neil's website but I'm definitely going to change the banner soon. Don't want it to seem like I'm ripping him off or that this sub is official.
There are still a number of kinks to work out, so if you see some odd colors (white text should be gone) let me know.
I still need to recolor the all the sprites from white (like how you can't see the vote buttons right now, but they're still there). That'll be done today hopefully.
Also, what should we change the "#### readers # users here now" to? Leave your ideas.
