What time is unreasonable to use hairdryers

I live in a top floor apartment, above a very antisocial, passive aggressive woman, that has caused me grief since I moved in 2 years ago. What time would you say using things like hairdryers is unreasonable? I dried my hair around 8pm and she starts banging at me. A few months ago I also dried my hair around the same time and she text me complaining (I’ve blocked her number since due to her texts getting abusive)
