So week 3... I want to complete the fence that's been up since the 80's to the street )straight line)
It's the front yard past the facade of the house. All maps say property lines are straight. This is super easy.
Well she disagrees. I looked online, her house is 50 feet, hers right now with the fence where it is it's 53.
So what's her problem?
She shows me a survey, and says my fence(property line) should be 8.8 feet away from her house(perticular corner)
So I say oooh... ok... so I grab a tape measure... it's 10 feet.
So I say ok... you got 10. That's more. What do you want?
She says I need to be a foot back from the property line even though my current fence isn't?
So I'm like no not really. Rules say you can fence right up to the property line.
She walked away... as she's walking away I tell her it's 50 feet... what more does she want?
She walked away.
I don't know what paper she had but it had her border with no measurements other than being 8.8 feet from my border.
We have 30 feet between us.
This is so petty.
Find the actual survey with the pin locations. Thatโs what we did.
