My neighbors daughter is a complete rude little brat

Post Body

We got new neighbors a couple of years ago, they seem nice and we've met them a few times. Their daughter though is honestly the epitome of an "only child." She's rude, bossy, completely self centered and just a brat. Yesterday she was riding her bike around and kept riding it through our property, however as soon as she saw I was outside she rode a different way to stay off our property. Once i went inside I could see her from our windows as our upstairs windows dont have blinds and she was riding around our yard again. She's a young teen so I get it, its that time in her life where it is "all about her" but also her parents were outside and just letting her ride all over our yard. Anytime we let our dogs out if they see anyone they bark for a second at first then stop after a few seconds. Anytime they bark and she's outside she screams at my dogs to "shut up." She's always yelling and loud, when her friends are over, and she's constantly bossing them around it seems, because anytime I'm outside and her and her friends are hanging out, or playing she's always yelling at them and saying shes the "leader" or "I'm the boss." I have no idea how their child ended up being such a bratty kid, but I'm hoping she grows out of it by the time she's in high school in a couple of years. I've justvnever experienced anyone's child being this much of a brat and it honestly baffles me.
