The background: My neighbor across the hallway has always been one of those neighbors you try to stay clear of. Always in your business, always saying nasty backhanded words … now they are older and I think have dementia.
Years ago, I installed a ring doorbell so I would know when I get packages since our condo gets mail stollen often. My neighbor insists I put the device in to bother her. I ignored her nonsensical thought process until she started to constantly make my doorbell go off and having huge conversations with it. She is a conspiracist who tells extreme stories which never bothered me until I had to hear my ring doorbell go off constantly.
I suppose I could keep the recordings and make a funny short about it but I kinda worry now that it is getting out of hand. If anyone has a suggestion as to what to do I am all ears. Til then I will just have to put up with multiple rings and odd stories being told to the door. Are dementia patients dangerous as the disease progresses? She wasn’t a nice person to begin with.
