We live in a duplex i think im not sure but he hes the upstairs and we have the downstairs but its 2 diffrent units

Theres been so meany probloms with this guy yelling at us/ yelling about us at crazy times in the night

Made lots of threats one of them was to call the k.k.k on us and hae them come kill us (where white)

Police had to get involved 2x

He looses his shit when we have family over and they park on PUBLIC street parking saying he owns the spot

Right now for the past month hes had the heat on blast Tried asking him to turn it off especialy when hes not there no ancwer tried again yesterday he looked at me throughe the certin on his door windo locked the door and when back upstairs

He dosnt listen to the landloard either

One time he yelled at my nefew for siting on the edge of the porch to get a rock out of his shew and sometimes even when wed get our mail because we share a mail box yell at us for being on his property
