Hey guys, I'm trying to get Hot Pursuit 2 to run properly run on my PC. It works, but whenever there are 2 opponents or police cars around, the FPS drop from 80-96 FPS to only 31 FPS. Is there a way to fix it? I'm using the 1080p patch, as well as the Xinput fix. Also, is there a way to change the language without reinstalling it?

And no, I'm not interested in playing the PS2 version, I want to exactly play the PC version.
