Hey y’all so i need some advice. Just a little insight of who i am. I am 19 years old 6’1 and 200 lbs. I’m a hard work and was named top salesmen at the grocery store i work at. We get paid hourly and not commission and you don’t get any incentives for being the best. I believe i have a strong work ethic and am quite educated. I scored an 82 on the practice asvab without studying. When i was 17yo i bought myself a 2017 honda civic. It was a big accomplishment of mine but the problem is i haven’t had any accomplishments since. The only bills i pay is my car, car insurance, a credit card for gas and the care of my bearded dragon. In total this is about $600 a month. I also pay for college but this is something that gets paid depending on how many classes i take. Long story short is i’m broke. I need advice on how to make more money so i can become independent and become an adult. My problem is i don’t make enough money at my job and i’m pursuing something in college that i don’t want to do. I have looked at joining the military but my family is 100% against me joining. They said i wanted to join for the wrong reason and i’m not disagreeing. I’m just stuck and don’t like feeling this way. I’ve been asked what i want to do in life and i don’t have a preference. I just know i wanna travel the world and experience the many views that earth has to offer but i’m way too broke and still live with my parents. I just feel i’m stuck in a hole sitting to be buried.
