Advice for a recovering doormat.

Post Body

I used to be a passive person and a yes person, and also feel inferior most of my life, but I'm trying to recover now. I could confidently say that I am now able to establish a good boundary for people whom I just met, but when it comes to people I used to be inferior with, it's hard, it seems like I'm afraid for them to notice that I've changed, I don't want them to say that I've already changed. Idk, can somebody relate. Like I don't want any connection with those people cause I might not be able to establish a boundary.

Would really appreciate your advice.
