Work? I barely do anything but as the deadline is near I pull myself together and I get it done perfectly which shows I’m capable and I have the required skillset I just can’t get myself to focus before I absolutely have to. Is there something that has to be done ASAP because it’s urgent? I’m the guy they ask because pressure and stress makes me perform.
Finances? I will spend all my salary each month until some major event happens I have to scrape money together, then I literally start budgeting.
Health? I’ve been smoking for years, knowing it’s bad. When do I put it down? When I notice that my blood pressure went above the normal values.
Workout? I see myself get more fat each week yet I won’t care until I can feel my clothes barely fit me. Boom, I start doing the work.
I also have a very hard time to do things regularly, for a long time. Any advice?
